Breakthrough Barriers is a service that was created for Scottish Enterprise to help SE develop a thorough understanding of the growth potential in selected businesses and how SE can best profile support interventions to maximise that potential.

Breakthrough Barriers is a tried and tested series of workshop sessions, investigative research and feedback reports that help management teams to:

Identify and calibrate business growth potential.
Identify and overcome barriers to growth.
Adopt and implement more robust commercial strategies.

Who should use this? Any business that is missing sales targets or growth projections.

What's Involved? Breakthrough Barriers is typically a 4-day engagement requiring up to 3 half-day workshops with relevant members of the management team.
